- Your professional assembly will be scheduled after your equipment has been successfully delivered. Once delivery is confirmed, our team will contact you to coordinate an assembly appointment that fits your schedule.
- We offer multiple assembly options to match the equipment you’ve purchased. If you order more than one piece of equipment and want each item professionally assembled, you must purchase assembly for each item individually. Our technicians will only assemble the items selected during checkout.

Will the technician bring the equipment to the room it’s being assembled in?
No. The equipment must already be in the room or area where you want it assembled. Technicians are only responsible for assembly and will not move or transport equipment.
Will the technician remove the trash or packaging materials?
No. Technicians are there strictly to assemble your equipment—they will not remove trash, packaging, or perform any cleanup.
Is the assembly service covered under warranty?
Yes. If something was assembled incorrectly—which is extremely rare—we’ll send a technician back at no additional cost within 30 days of the original appointment.
What if I need to reschedule my scheduled assembly appointment?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can ensure your appointment is rescheduled with the technician.
Do you offer disassembly services?
